OUR QUALIFICATIONS PROCESS
BCS Staffing, Inc. requires all candidates to undergo a multi staged screening process. This reassures our clients of their potential hires’ impressive abilities.

  • In person comprehensive interview to identify candidates’ competence, strengths, talents, and potential.
  • Industry-standard skill assessment test to pinpoint skills.
  • Reference checks with two to three previous employers to confirm experience, work ethic, and exceptional previous job performance.
  • FREE background screenings including criminal, social security, DMV, and credit checks once an offer is made to our candidate.
